Keemun Panda #1 Of all the China black teas available Keemun Panda #1 is probably one of the best known. Keemun is one of the congou-type teas,meaning it requires a great deal of gongfu, (disciplined skill) to make into fine taut strips without breaking the leaves. It is often said that a properly produced Keemun such as Panda #1 is one of the finest teas in the world with a complex aromatic and penetrating character often compared to burgundy wines. Traditionally Keemuns were used in English Breakfast tea.

Organic Lapsang Souchong Lapsang Souchong is a China Black tea originally from the Wuyi region of the Chinese province of Fujian. It is sometimes referred to as smoked tea. Lapsang is distinctive from all other types of tea because the leaves are traditionally smoke-dried over pine and/or oak fires, taking on a distinctive smoky flavour.

Nilgiri Thiashola This flavourful organic tea from the Thiashola estate of Nilgiri, India has a bright amber leaf and cup color and a lively, refreshing flavor with notes of citrus and honey. The taste and freshness are reminiscent of the best Ceylons, but typically are sweeter in the cup. Good with milk and sugar.
